Through Le CerCle, Silvera rethinks the lifecycle of furniture to reduce environmental impact and promote more sustainable and responsible consumption. As designing and consuming differently has become a necessity, Le CerCle is part of a dynamic where design and environmental commitment move forward together. Naturally committed, Silvera continues its pursuit of sustainable design with Deuxième Vie, an initiative born within this global program. This project brings together concrete actions to break free from endless cycles of consumption and advance the circular economy. The idea is simple: to always do better. With Deuxième Vie, we give new meaning and value to second-hand design furniture. We rethink its lifecycle to reduce its environmental impact and encourage a new way of designing, consuming, and transmitting. Today, rethinking our usage is essential. We firmly believe that responsible and sustainable consumption can be represented by reused, existing objects that are perfectly suited for modern and contemporary spaces. Deuxième Vie is the art of offering a new chance to carefully selected furniture — sometimes imperfect, but rich in history, ready for a new life, whether at home or in your offices. Each piece has a story to tell and can still bring a lot to an interior, whether personal or professional. Our repair workshop plays a key role: it extends the lifespan of the pieces, enhances their uniqueness, and values what already exists. We don’t just give a second life to objects; we preserve, repair, and transform them so they become even more beautiful and functional. Meanwhile, our professional second-hand furniture take-back service allows furniture that has become unused here to find a place elsewhere, all while supporting a circular economy model.
