This high stool with backrest is part of the Kuskoa collection, designed by Jean Louis Iratzoki for the Basque furniture brand Alki. Inspired by the first plastic chairs designed by Robin Day, this version reinterprets the classic form using only wood, offering a warm, durable, and contemporary character. The pre-owned model features a curved wooden shell with backrest, delicately resting on a solid oak base in a brushed Valsain finish. It includes a stainless steel footrest edge and felt glides for added stability and floor protection. The shell can be partially upholstered on the front (in fabric, eco-leather, or leather) or fully upholstered for extra comfort. This is a second-hand piece, carefully maintained and reflecting high-quality craftsmanship and timeless design.
