The swivel seat system with automatic return and the slight recline of the Meetingframe+ armchair’s backrest offer discreet yet effective ergonomics—ideal for meeting rooms, conference spaces, or executive offices. Available in a variety of finishes and configurations (with or without armrests, castors, or glides, etc.), the pre-owned Meetingframe+ armchair by Alias adapts to all professional environments where comfort, design, and functionality are essential.
Born in Como, Alberto Meda took his engineering degree at Milan's Politecnico and was recruited in 1973, at the age of 28, as Technical Director of Kartell, where he experimented with polyurethane. Six years later, he was flying under his own steam, working for Alfa Romeo, JC Decaux, Legrand, Luceplan, Vitra and Alias. His collaboration with the latter began in 1984 with the development of Light Light, a chair weighing just 1 kg made from carbon fibre and epoxy resin. He went on to create numerous collections of outdoor furniture. Alberto Meda works actively with Vitra, particularly on office chairs, concentrating on the essentials: simple shapes that combine optimum comfort with intelligent technology to make well-being at work a priority.

ALIAS
The story of Alias began in 1979 with the "Spaghetti chair" by Giandomenico Belotti. Since then, technological lightness, cross-functionality, and innovation have been the key values of Alias, a historic brand of "made in Italy" design. These values have allowed Alias to forge strong ties with established designers, through whom the company has brought out the originality of each designer in a continuous exchange of stimulation and ideas, with a constant desire to experiment with materials and technologies.
