Dining Table BRUTALIST MINOTTI

A veritable architectural manifesto, the Brutalist table signed by Giampiero Tagliaferri and published by Minotti showcases material in all its expressive power. Inspired by late 20th century Italian engineering architecture, she transforms the structure into a visual language and asserts a particularly striking sculptural presence. The project echoes the structural research of Pier Luigi Nervi, particularly at the Palazzo del Lavoro in Turin, through an approach based on modularity, constructive rigor and spatial freedom. This inspiration is reflected in a sculptural concrete base with irregular star-shaped geometry, thought not as a simple support but as an essential component of the visual identity of Brutalist. The different masses and proportions create a subtle play between full and empty, while the top, available in round, square or rectangular versions, brings a feeling of softness thanks to its softened angles and slightly convex edges. Through the Brutalist table, Minotti offers a piece with a sculptural and cultural dimension, capable of integrating both into contemporary and more classical interiors, in an aesthetic that is at once powerful, refined and timeless.
