Inspired by his many trips to Japan, the
Daiki chairs are born of Brazilian architect Marcio Kogan's passion for Japanese culture. The collection includes deep-seated armchairs with or without armrests, as well as a footrest. The curved hull is the result of sophisticated woodwork and consists of two elements joined at 45°, to create a sloping back ensuring a comfortable seat. Made of Santos rosewood or liquorice-coloured flamed ash veneer, the hull is the perfect home for the cushions, resting on a metal frame with Black-Nickel legs. In the leather model, the cushions feature quilt-effect stitching. The cushions on the fabric variant only have top-stitching.
