Description
The Collect collection published by And Tradition continues to expand its range of home accessories, with the addition of handmade textured rugs in particular.
"The Collect series is about showing that accessories can be created with an architectural approach, while creating elements that can add texture in a discreet way," explains Signe Bindslev Henriksen, the founder of Space Copenhagen.
The Collect And Tradition rugs, made from a blend of New Zealand wool and recycled polyester come in three organic shades: Milk, Camel and Stone Grey. The muted tones combined with the high quality of the textile create discreet, elegant rugs that bring softness and warmth to any room.
The rugs are available in sizes 170 x 240 cm and 200 x 300 cm, ideal for large spaces. Each rug is woven in a non-directional square pattern, making them highly versatile, while their aesthetic neutrality harmonises the décor among the other furnishings in the room. The Collect And Tradition rugs are made by skilled artisans in Bikaner, India, using natural virgin wool woven on a handloom.

SPACE COPENHAGEN
Space Copenhagen is a Danish multidisciplinary design studio founded in 2005 by Bindslev Henriksen and Peter Bundgaard Rützou. Their various collaborations with Fredericia, AndTradition, Gubi and Mater demonstrate their ability to break with codes and constantly renew themselves. The Swoon armchair is one of their iconic creations. The use of soft colours and natural materials such as wood, stone, leather and brass develop a patina over time and lend a certain charm to objects.

And Tradition is a Danish brand founded in 2010 by Martin Kornbek Hansen. The brand offers furniture, lighting, and accessories from the 1930s to the present day. And Tradition designs practical pieces for everyday use. And Tradition adapts this heritage to contemporary design, redefining and reinventing materials and shapes, while respecting nature, which provides the essential raw materials. The company does not hesitate to reissue classics, such as the lighting designs of Verner Panton, including the collection of Flowerpot Table Lamps and Flowerpot Pendants.
