The Fatboy brand was created in 1998 by Finnish designer Jukka Setälä and Dutch designer Alex Bergmana. Since its creation, the brand have continued to present new creations with a consistently contemporary and "chilled out" spirit. The Fatboy collection has expanded to include a variety of iconic products: gigantic lamps, rugs, side tables, and its infamous "magic" Lamzac hammocks. The Edison lamp, inspired by Thomas Edison’s electric light bulb, also became one of the brand’s flagship products.
