Working on a residential project for a private client, designer Louise Liljencrantz wanted to create a sofa that could take pride of place in the middle of the room. Named after his beloved grandmother, Marga Von Dardel, whom Liljencrantz considers the most important model in his life, the Margas sofa is perfect for adding warmth and cosiness to any space. The understated aesthetic of Liljencrantz's designs pays homage to her Scandinavian heritage. With Margas, she combines simplicity, strong lines and warm textures. Published by And Tradition, the Margas LC4 sofa is equally at home in a domestic environment or in a communal space, such as a hotel or office lobby.
