Description
Taken from Minotti's archives, the Albert & Ile collection, which includes seating and a coffee table with vintage profiles, is a tribute to Alberto, Minotti's founder, who died in 1991, and to Ileana, his wife, currently Honorary President of the company. The various elements of the collection have in common the thin, retro-style of their legs, but they differ in their general shapes.Inspired by classic armchairs, Ile is characterised by its hollow backrest and expresses the versatility of 1960s' shapes. A mohair wool velour upholstery with glittering reflections and vibrant colours particularly enhances the Albert chairs. Reissued for the company's 70th anniversary, Albert & Ile reflects Minotti's DNA, which, thanks to its founder, continues to transmit the importance of manual skills and fine tailoring.
