Embodying the concept that design should follow construction, the Arbour sofa, by Andreas Engesvik and Daniel Rybakken, is made up of independently produced elements for optimum comfort and high quality. Developed with the aim of creating a sustainable sofa that would qualify for the Nordic Swan eco-label on the European market, Arbour features FSC-certified wood with a water-based finish for the frame and EU eco-labelled upholstery. The seat and cushions are carefully balanced in proportion, with identical side cushions that create a sense of harmony and offer the option of multiple comfortable sitting or reclining positions. In contrast, the frame creates a strong but elegant profile with an architectural quality. With its logical construction and clean design language, Arbour fuses a typically Scandinavian aesthetic with high comfort and durability.

Hay was founded in 2002 to promote Danish design. The company Hay reinterprets the classic forms of Nordic design with a modern approach, offering friendly, aesthetic, and functional creations. Hay draws inspiration from three main areas: art, architecture, and fashion, while paying close attention to the environment and contemporary culture. The Hay chairs, like the brand’s entire furniture collection, perfectly embody this spirit: a sleek and timeless design, combining comfort and functionality with modern and minimalist lines. The Palissade outdoor collection is a must-have from the brand HAY, designed by French brothers Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec.
