Description

Varjo est une collection de tapis contemporains, édités par Muuto et réalisés en laine de Nouvelle-Zélande. La série s'inspire des vieux planchers dotés d'un motif à chevrons. La designer Tina Ratzer joue avec ce motif et le modernise en le déclinant sur des bandes de différentes largeurs. Le tapis Varjo est composé de plusieurs couches de couleurs pour lui donner plus de caractère. De loin, on distingue trois bandes de couleurs et ce n'est qu'en se rapprochant que les différentes nuances qui composent le tissage apparaissent. Le tapis Varjo de Muuto qui signifie ombre en finnois est disponible en plusieurs couleurs et s'intègre facilement pour donner du caractère dans tous les intérieurs grâce à son motif à la fois sobre et unique.
