Published by Petite Friture, Fromme is a collection of metal furniture designed for the outdoors, distinguished by its clean lines and unique character. The Fromme high stool has the same technical properties as a bicycle saddle, thanks to shock absorbers under the seat. Another inspiration drawn from racing bikes: its pure, streamlined lines, common to all the pieces in the Fromme collection.
Assembled from die-cast and profiled parts, and extruded tubes specially designed by Tom Chung for this collection, the Fromme high stool has a light, solid structure. Petite Friture thinks of its products in a sustainable and environmentally-friendly way, so the entire collection is made from a recyclable material, aluminium.
The Fromme collection offers a number of functional advantages: comfort thanks to the slightly curved seat and shock absorbers under the seat, indoor and outdoor use thanks to the choice of aluminium construction and UV-treated matt grained paint. The Fromme high stool is water-resistant and certified for intensive outdoor use, but also looks great indoors.

Symbolizing the success of French design, Petite Friture celebrates its 10th anniversary in 2021 and has established itself as an essential furniture editor. Its unusual name expresses the intuition, fascination, and conviction behind each of its projects. The Petite Friture collections are first and foremost the result of a meeting, a dialogue aimed at challenging the obvious. The editor Petite Friture knows how to surround itself with young international designers to create a breath of fresh air that brings new energy to design. The brand collaborates with the best to create poetic design products: the Hollo Table by Amandine Chhor and Aïssa Logerot or the Vertigo Suspension.
