The BIG LOU bar stool with a height of 76 cm designed by TIPTOE is a creative and versatile object for use with a classic bar or with the 110 cm TIPTOE bar table legs. Made in 100% Europe, the Big Lou tall stool combines clever design, easy installation and excellent durability. The legs are made from powder-coated steel and the seat is made from solid beech or oak. Big Lou is also available with a recycled plastic seat. TIPTOE is a French brand rooted in a sustainable approach.

TIPTOE

The demand for Tiptoe products of impeccable quality is rooted in a family heritage spanning three generations of entrepreneurs. In 1947, Henri Bourgeaux, the grandfather of Matthieu Bourgeaux (the founder of Tiptoe), established a company near Chamonix in Haute-Savoie specializing in metal machining, particularly in a process known as "décolletage" (precision turning). The company was later taken over by Matthieu's father and uncle, and more recently by his brother. The family workshop remains one of Tiptoe's main partners, producing thousands of mechanical parts every year that make up the components of their various products.
