Description

A DK3 piece of furniture is generally characterised by a wealth of detail, where small, subtle elements are reworked and refined to perfection. With the Plush table collection, DK3 founder Jacob Plejdrup has taken design in a completely new direction. Inspired by the principle "Less is more", he has created Plush, a table where small details have been replaced by soft, organic shapes in large format. As with his other creations, he has also developed the Plush tables so that the final design of the furniture highlights the beauty and natural characteristics of the wood. Throughout the design process, the emphasis was on creating a fine line between the imposing legs and the perfectly balanced curves that define the solid wood top. The Plush table lives up to its name with its soft shapes that, together with the sturdy wood and elegant top, form an impressive unit.
