Description

Towards the end of the nineties, the Maestro table saw the light of day, designed by architect Gianfranco Frattini. Its unique design combines projectual vision with all the ingenuity of Italian cabinet-making expertise. Frattini's favourite material, wood, allows him to clearly express his passion in each of his works. The re-edition of Maestro offered by the Italian house Acerbis respects all the aesthetic fundamentals of the original table, while still giving it a contemporary twist. The Maestro table has a character recognisable at first glance and its design is the result of exacting precision. The wood species of ash and walnut give the dark silhouette of Maestro a more dramatic air but also a certain stability. Its cantilevered wings and straightforward cut-outs echo the Japanese inspiration from which it springs. The Maestro table edited by Acerbis brings balance and nobility to the interiors it decorates, as well as a certain sobriety that goes wonderfully with classic, minimalist and sophisticated atmospheres.
