Designed by Aldo Bakker for Karakter, the AB Dining 300 cm table immediately stands out as a silent architecture, one of those rare pieces that redefine space without ever raising the tone. Born from the reinterpretation of the 2017 AB Console, it transposes in the register of the large dining table this quest for a monolithic elegance where each curve is a decision, each volume an intention. In its apricot finish, it envelops its sculptural forms with a luminous and singular warmth, a shade that oscillates between mineral softness and solar brilliance, giving the whole an as assertive as it is subtle chromatic presence. The wooden top, whose rounded underside creates a fascinating alternation of concave and convex planes, dialogues in perfect coherence with the two elliptical legs made of rigid polyurethane, composing a total monochrome where materials and forms match with remarkable sculptural precision. In its 300 centimeters in length, it welcomes large tables with a generosity that belongs only to the truly masterpieces, those around which one settles with the feeling of occupying a space designed to last. As sovereign in an exceptional residential dining room as in a reception area or a prestigious institutional interior, the AB Dining table is not chosen to complete a room: it is chosen to become its center of gravity.
