The suspensionTwo Layer created by Thomas Bentzen for Muuto is a suspension with a minimalist, contemporary design that is true to the Scandinavian aesthetic that characterises the brand. It is distinguished by its two-layer structure, hence its name, which offers subtlety and elegance. The suspension Two Layer has a simple, flowing, circular shape with clean, soft lines. Mouth-blown, corrugated glass creates optical effects. It has a simple, decorative design that blends in perfectly with modern interiors. Made from high-quality materials such as metal and glass, it guarantees strength and lightness. Thanks to its double layer, the light is soft enough to avoid being dazzled. It's perfect for creating a warm ambience. The mix of gloss and matt finishes creates a kind of harmonious sculptural form. The suspension is available in three different colours to match the style of any space. Like all Muuto creations, it is easy to install. The suspension Two Layer by Muuto is sleek and ideal for those seeking functionality and elegance while maintaining a balance between modernity and Scandinavian tradition.

Its aim is to stimulate curiosity. Thomas Bentzen combines the use of materials and new technologies with traditional craftsmanship. " For me, sustainability means quality, form and function and putting an immense amount of energy into making virtues into necessities." His reputation extends to the creation of the iconic Cover Chair and his taste for sustainable products. His collaborations with Hay, Louis Poulsen, Menu and Muuto are testament to his talent. He never forgets to add a playful touch to his creations, as in the case of the Shade Bin. "Scandinavian design has always been about honesty and functionality, mixed with poetry. That's the way I like it. I think that Scandinavian designers have succeeded in bringing their heritage into an era where we are no longer at the side of the cabinetmaker, but are challenged and excited by new materials and new ways of producing.
