Description
Gregg est une collection de luminaires dessinée par Ludovica et Roberto Palomba pour Foscarini. Inspirée de la nature et issue d'une recherche approfondie, la forme du diffuseur fait penser à un grand galet poli par l'eau, ou bien à l'œuf d'un animal mythologique, symbole de la création et de la régénération. C'est un volume à la fois familier et surprenant, car la forme asymétrique de Gregg change d'image selon le point de vue. La collection Gregg se décline en plusieurs versions : suspension, lampe de table, ou lampadaire... tous les modèles s'intègrent facilement dans le milieu domestique, grâce à leur lumière chaude et uniforme et leur silhouette épurée. Lasuspension Gregg, disponible en trois dimensions, se place au dessus d'une table de salle à manger ou dans le salon, pour créer une ambiance chaleureuse, seule ou en composition de plusieurs éléments.

Ludovica & Roberto PALOMBA
Architects and designers, Ludovica & Roberto Palomba have been working together since 1994. Based in Milan, they are simultaneously involved in interior architecture, industrial design, design management and communication. They graduated in architecture from the University of Rome, and went on to found their own firm, Palomba e Serafini Associated studio, based in Milan. Ludovica & Roberto Palomba put their marketing and artistic skills to work for the biggest brands to meet customer expectations. The complementary nature of the couple means that each of their creations combines boldness with serenity, originality with purity. They work for Cappellini, Driade, Foscarini and Zanotta, with the famous Lama chaise longue, for example.

FOSCARINI
Foscarini was founded in 1981 in Venice. Foscarini has been producing lighting and exploring the possibilities and qualities of Murano glass since 1981, most of its design have gone on to become classics. For Foscarini, each project requires a new supplier in order to best meet the customer's requirements. Freedom of production advocated by Foscarini inspired two of the company's designers, Carlo Urbinatti and Alessancro Vecchiato, to use other materials. This strategy results in a wealth of inspirations, raw materials and technological innovations. Foscarini's concepts, shapes and materials illuminate and transform the offerings and initiatives of international designers
