Description

Created by Studiopepe for the Tacchini house, the Equinox pendant lights are elegant luminaires inspired by art and in particular by the work of Italian artist Enrico Castellani. The fibreglass design of Equinox filters light, creating a play between light and shadow. Equinox suspension lamps offer a warm, almost magical atmosphere thanks to their organic shape. The ethereal aesthetic of the Equinox suspension transforms it into a veritable work of luminous art. Beyond its practical function, Equinox adds a touch of elegance to any space where it is displayed. The suspension is available in two sizes, which can be installed separately or together to create a superb aerial light sculpture. Equinox is a captivating and original artistic piece thanks to its use of fibreglass and its organic form.

STUDIOPEPE

For Arianna Lelli Mami and Chiara Di Pinto, the ultra-creative duo behind the Studiopepe agency, it all began in 2006 on the benches of Milan's prestigious Politecnico. This city, which sets the tempo for the whole of Italy, soon smiled on the two brilliant graduates. In the space of ten years, their multidisciplinary vision, inherited from the richness of their respective studies - interior architecture in the case of one, industrial design in the case of the other - has hit the mark. Styling advice for magazine pages, set designs, boutique makeovers and, more recently, interior design, Studiopepe has proved one thing: its ability to get people talking. Their philosophy is based on a conceptual approach inspired by the unexpected, and on extensive iconographic and visionary experience, generating unique results.Their attention to detail, and the emotion they can generate in people, is fundamental to their projects.The initial brief was very clear: to bring together furniture and family heirlooms with contemporary pieces. With colour, Studiopepe unfurls an elegant and warm imagination. One impressive piece follows another, dusted off by a tasteful blend of luxurious materials (brass, marble, velvet), rare and reissued creations (including those by Gio Ponti and Angelo Mangiarotti) and vintage items.

TACCHINI

Tacchini is an Italian designer furniture brand created in 1967 by Antonio Tacchini, at a time when Italian design was disrupting global design. It went on to become the leading institution in terms of quality and creativity. The strength of its concept is found at every step of Tacchini Italia's creative process. The brand goes so far as to explain this in their own words: "from the abstraction of thought to the three-dimensional nature of the object, to embody the essence of the home." A family business passed down the generations, Tacchini Italia is constantly progressing; it ensures ties with contemporary style, enhanced by the choice of high-quality materials and ever-improving technologies.
