Products Pathé Palace Project

Silvera supported the workplace fit-out of Pathé's new headquarters, housed in the historic Pathé Palace building on Boulevard des Capucines in Paris. This large-scale commercial interior project, led under the architectural direction of Renzo Piano, called upon Silvera's expertise to select and deploy professional furniture across the offices, collaborative spaces and meeting rooms, in a flex office environment that is both premium and sustainability-driven. The Pathé Group chose to bring together its two entities, Pathé Cinéma and Pathé Productions, under one roof, relocating its Parisian headquarters to the historic Pathé Palace building in the 9th arrondissement, a stone's throw from the Palais Garnier. Entrusted to architect Renzo Piano, this 9,500 m² commercial project required the complete restructuring of the Haussmann-era building, encompassing the creation of seven high-end cinema screens, privatisable reception spaces and state-of-the-art offices on the upper floors. Construction began in 2019 and was completed in July 2024, just ahead of the Paris Olympic Games.
