Designed by Space Copenhagen for Gubi, the Seine lamp collection is inspired by the reflection of light in moving water. The lamp's patterned hand-blown glass captures this fascinating effect and draws on the power of glass to soften and layer the light. The burnished brass contrasts elegantly with the hand-blown glass, adding finesse and elegance. The Seine lamp is available with a smoked shade that tones the light slightly but remains transparent, allowing you to admire the beautiful internal structure of the glass. The lamp is also available with a coral-coloured shade, with a sandblasted interior that gives a misty effect and softer light. Fitting in throughout the home, the Seine Gubi collection includes a suspension, wall and table lamp.

Space Copenhagen is a Danish multidisciplinary design studio founded in 2005 by Bindslev Henriksen and Peter Bundgaard Rützou. They work at the crossroads of disciplines, from furniture and lighting to art installations, interior design for private homes, hotels and restaurants around the world, and art direction. Their ambition is to blaze new trails by balancing opposites: classic and modern, industrial and organic, light and shade, duality and contrast. They call their approach Poetic Modernism. The principles of functionality, slow design and the study of human behaviour guide their work. The result is quality and longevity. Their various collaborations with Fredericia, AndTradition, Gubi and Mater demonstrate their ability to break with codes and constantly renew themselves. The Swoon armchair is one of their iconic creations. The use of soft colours and natural materials such as wood, stone, leather and brass develop a patina over time and lend a certain charm to objects.
