Designed in the 1930s by German goldsmith Christian Dell, the Kaiser Idell lamp is part of the Bauhaus artistic movement. Produced by Fritz Hansen, this lamp's special feature is its distinctive diffuser shape and its world-patented ball-and-socket joint. Kaiser Idell Luxus 6631-T features a bold combination of brass combined with matt black. The details of Kaiser Idell Luxus 6631-T are made of untreated raw brass that will take on a unique natural patina over time, giving it an elegant and sophisticated look. In this way, each piece will gradually change, reflecting its unique place in history. The design of Kaiser Idell is now recognised as a legendary classic. It was in 1936 that the 6631 lamp first appeared in a catalogue, quickly becoming the undisputed icon of the Kaiser Idell series. Thanks to an exquisite choice of materials and precision engineering, the Kaiser Idell Luxus 6631-T lamp is a symbol of German design that blends perfectly into private and professional spaces.
