The HiLo sofa collection, designed by Anderssen & Voll for &Tradition, explores the subtle balance between volume and softness. The AV54 and AV55 models share the same pursuit of harmony, defined by generous proportions and fluid lines that encourage a relaxed, inviting seating experience. Their design combines a low, grounded base with large, plush cushions that convey an immediate sense of comfort. Every detail, from the choice of upholstery to the precision of the seams, reflects craftsmanship and the intention to create a piece that is both expressive and enduring. Suitable for residential interiors as well as shared environments, the HiLo AV54 and AV55 sofas integrate effortlessly, establishing a warm and balanced atmosphere where conviviality meets measured elegance.

Founded in 2009 by Torbjørn Anderssen and Espen Voll, Anderssen & Voll is a Norwegian design studio based in Oslo. The duo, who were previously partners in the Norway Says group, work in a variety of design fields but concentrate on domestic objects. They have been named Norwegian and Scandinavian Designer of the Year and have received international awards for their work with furniture, lighting and home accessories. In their view, a good product builds on and extends tradition while simultaneously breaking with the rules of that tradition. Their iconic creations include the Outline seating series, the Oslo lounge chair, the Elephant table and the unique Ildhane candlestick. Their many collaborations with famous publishers such as Lapalma, Muuto, Hay and AndTraditon have contributed to their reputation.
