Description
Neat, elegant and yet brimming with personality, the Séjour armchair is a refined blend of the new and the familiar. Although small, it is extremely comfortable, with a deep and generous seat and a distinctly curved back.
Designed by Danish-Italian duo GamFratesi, the Séjour armchair bears the finely balanced contrasts that characterise their collaborations: soft with hard, warm with cool, weight with lightness. The sensory feel of the wooden armrests, brass frame and the fabric give this armchair an attractive, rich personality. Stay works particularly well as a pair, giving the impression of being in conversation with each other.
Inspired by the Victorian "slipper chair", imbued with the Scandinavian mid-century design tradition, and even working in a nod to the iconic Beetle chair, the mix of the new and the familiar makes a bold and welcoming statement in reception areas, hotel lobbies and lounges.

GAMFRATESI
The GamFratesi studio was founded in 2006 by Danish architect Stine Gam and Italian architect Enrico Fratesi. GamFratesi is part of the latest generation of furniture designers, and together they represent a new interpretation of Danish and international design. GamFratesi's designs draw their creative impetus from the fusion of tradition and renewal, as well as from an experimental approach to materials and techniques. With their respective cultures, they draw their inspiration from Danish furniture and Scandinavian craft traditions, but also from Italy's timeless conceptual and intellectual approach. Thanks to this multi-cultural partnership, GamFratesi creates furniture pieces that reflect tradition while presenting unique stories, symbols and associations, often expressed in a minimalist style. The GamFratesi duo works with some of the biggest names in design, including Gubi, with the Bat collection and the now famous Beetle chair, Hay, with the Silhouette sofa, and also Minotti, Dedon and Fontana Arte.

GUBI
Created by Lisbeth and Olsen Gubi, the brand Gubi is a Danish company that has been re-editing some of the greatest design classics since 1967. Based in the docks of Copenhagen, the Gubi headquarters spans 2000 square meters in a former tobacco factory, now renovated into a vast modern loft-style showroom. One of the iconic pieces of the Gubi brand is the Pacha armchair. This armchair by Pierre Paulin embodies the innovative spirit and timeless elegance of Gubi. The Gubi chairs are renowned for their innovative design and exceptional comfort, seamlessly blending contemporary aesthetics with functionality. These iconic pieces evoke emotions and tell meaningful stories, making them both timeless and enduring.
