Description

The Mom collection, designed by Florent Coirier for the brand Emu, is inspired by traditional Japanese "Suiban" trays. The frame is made entirely of Fe360 tubular steel, while the seat and backrest, with their distinctive graphic lines, are in pressed galvanised sheet steel. Lightweight and elegant, the Mom outdoor chairs are available with or without armrests and are stackable up to 8 high.

Founded in 1951, Emu is one of the first companies in the world to develop and patent a lamination technique for metal components to ensure high resistance to various atmospheric agents. Emu became the leading brand in garden furniture in the 80s. The brand has collaborated with the most talented international designers such as Jean-Marie Massaud, who designed the Heaven collection, where metal is worked like fabric.
