A design icon with a versatile and functional spirit, the
7 Fauteuil Tournant Outdoor was designed in 1927 by
Charlotte Perriand for her Parisian flat on Place Saint-Sulpice. In 1928, it was exhibited at the 1928 Salon des Artistes, and then included in the Le Corbusier, Charlotte Perriand and Pierre Jeanneret collection. Like the
4 Chaise Longue or the Grand Confort armchair, the
7 Fauteuil Tournant Outdoor has become a great classic of modern design, thanks to its rational lines and impeccable functional and material qualities.
Published by
Cassina, the
7 Fauteuil Tournant Outdoor is made from stainless steel painted with epoxy paints specifically for the outdoors and a special polyester fabric covering that reproduces the aesthetics and comfort of the indoor models.
