The Cabin Round table is available in two sizes, Ø130 and Ø150, designed by Vipp for your dining room or kitchen. This table stands out with its base made of solid lacquered oak, available in light or dark oak, and its marble tabletop. Whether with a steel or wooden base, each Vipp product reflects a refined attention to detail. The Cabin Round table is no exception, with its subtle wood finishes on the base and the round, sanded edges of the tabletop. VIPP
The story of Vipp began in 1939, in the small Danish town of Randers, when Marie asked her husband Holger Nielsen to create a trash bin for her new hair salon. Holger, a skilled craftsman with a keen sense of aesthetics, wanted to impress his wife and thus put all his talent into creating a pedal bin that was both functional and elegant. The bin, which he named Vipp, was never intended to be sold. However, some of Marie's clients were so impressed by its functionality that they ordered it for their husbands' medical offices and dental clinics.
