Description

Blow, a light fixture designed by Ferdi Giardini for Luceplan, elegantly combines two rare functions: lighting and ventilation. Light in weight and minimalist in design, Blow moves air at variable speeds while remaining remarkably quiet, without ever disrupting the diffusion of its white light. Blow's methacrylate blades can rotate in both directions, allowing warm air that has accumulated near the ceiling to be drawn back down in winter for improved energy efficiency. A unique control system governs both light intensity and rotation speed, making Blow an object that is as functional as it is sculptural. An infrared remote control allows both the light intensity and the blade rotation speed to be adjusted remotely. Luceplan offers this fixture in two different colors, to suit any interior atmosphere.
