Rooted in local cultural heritage, the Ceramic Suspension by Contain reveals a contemporary interpretation of materials and forms. Through this creation, the brand highlights the richness of native resources, which it combines with an innovative approach to design and current technologies in order to design pieces with a singular character. Its height is customizable to adapt to different space configurations and the specific needs of each project. This collection is the result of a privileged collaboration with the Majorcan artisan Paco Romero, founder of Ceramica Primitiva. From this encounter, luminaries are born where matter and light respond with intensity and authenticity. Installed in Galilea, a small village located in the mountains of Tramuntana in Majorca, Paco Romero shapes each Ceramic Suspension according to a completely manual process. He works clay without resorting to the potter’s wheel, using exclusively natural tools such as stones, pebbles or wood. His approach, instinctive and raw, gives each piece a personal imprint and a unique texture. The production, deliberately limited, takes place at a slow and thoughtful pace, allowing each object the time necessary for its development. Through this suspension, Contain offers a collection where artisanal tradition and contemporary creation unite to surprise and inspire.
