A true extension of your interior to the outdoors, the Settle two-seater sofa by Muuto brings sculptural comfort to your terraces and gardens. Designed to withstand the elements while maintaining a refined aesthetic, the Settle transforms your open-air spaces into genuine outdoor lounges. The design duo Anderssen & Voll imagined the Settle as an enveloping seat whose fluid lines contrast with the robustness of the materials used. Muuto’s expertise is showcased here through the use of water-repellent technical textiles and an outdoor-treated structure, ensuring maximum longevity. The Settle thus offers a soft seat and ergonomic support, defying the usual rigidity of traditional garden furniture. Thanks to its iconic silhouette, the Settle integrates naturally into a lush garden setting or an urban balcony. ANDERSSEN & VOLL
Founded in 2009 by Torbjørn Anderssen and Espen Voll, Anderssen & Voll is a Norwegian design studio based in Oslo. The duo, who were previously partners in the Norway Says group, work in a variety of design fields but concentrate on domestic objects. They have been named Norwegian and Scandinavian Designer of the Year and have received international awards for their work with furniture, lighting and home accessories. In their view, a good product builds on and extends tradition while simultaneously breaking with the rules of that tradition. Their iconic creations include the Outline seating series, the Oslo lounge chair, the Elephant table and the unique Ildhane candlestick. Their many collaborations with famous publishers such as Lapalma, Muuto, Hay and AndTraditon have contributed to their reputation.
