Opened in June 2024, the H4 Hotel Wyndham Paris Pleyel Resort marks the largest hotel opening in France in fifty years. Born from the transformation of the Tour Pleyel, a landmark on the Saint-Denis skyline for decades, the project is led by Pleyel Investissement and Groupe Liberg. The four-star complex comprises 697 rooms across 40 floors, three restaurants, a panoramic sky bar, a swimming pool at 140 metres above ground level, and a 10,000 m² conference centre capable of hosting up to 2,600 guests. Located three minutes from the Grand Paris Express, it sits at the heart of a neighbourhood undergoing profound transformation. The interior design was entrusted to Axel Schoenert Architectes, whose concept weaves together the industrial heritage of the Pleyel district, the urban influences of Seine-Saint-Denis, and the expressive potential of the tower itself. Silvera was appointed to furnish the hotel's public spaces and conference centre, selecting pieces from Europe's finest furniture houses, HAY, Muuto, Stellar Works, Inclass, Wiesner-Hager, among others. A project equal to its ambition: to turn a building into an experience.
