The
Moca chair is an expression of British designer Jasper Morrison's "super normal" design philosophy: sober, useful and responsible. So
Moca is nothing new or revolutionary, but combines the longstanding know-how of an experienced designer with the manufacturing expertise of
Vitra . The chair is so modest in appearance that it seems as of it has always existed. The combination of these aesthetic features with particularly durable, high-quality materials guarantees an exceptionally long life for the
Moca seat.
The
Moca base is made up of two tubular steel arches on which two veneer-coated plywood shells are mounted, forming a comfortable, anatomically shaped seat and backrest. The clever design of the stacking protector attached between the seat and the back ensures optimal protection of the veneer surface. Moca meets all the usual safety standards so it can be used both in private settings and restaurants and other public spaces.
