Designed by designer Christophe Pillet for the brand Kundalini, Tripod is a floor lamp made up of three metal legs that ensure the lamp's stability. The fabric shade diffuses a soft light and creates a warm ambience. The Tripod floor lamp creates a cosy, refined atmosphere thanks to its simple, timeless design.

Christophe PILLET

Studying decorative arts in Nice, Christophe Pillet discovered his vocation as a designer after reading an article about Memphis. He went to Milan for three years to do his master's at the Domus Academy and saw his Baby lamp published in the last Memphis collection in 1988. After 5 years with Philippe Starck, he opened his own agency in Paris in 1993. Clarity of expression, a quest for simplicity and economy of line characterise the elegance of his work as a designer (furniture, packaging, tableware, etc.) and also as a set designer and interior architect (Sezz hotels, Ménudier, Malandrino, Lacoste, Silvera, RBC showrooms, etc.). His Round garden seats and tables for Emu explore the potential of drawn sheet metal and nickel mesh on a tubular frame.

KDLN

The Kundalini brand was created in 1996 and is dedicated to designer lighting for both private and corporate customers. Each Kundalini product is born of a strong idea and tells the story of a specific creative and technological journey. The company's philosophy has always combined an anti-conventional approach with the search for new aesthetics and an in-depth knowledge of materials and technologies.  The Kundalini luminaires are characterised by a sense, of colour and geometry that is always new. A high level of creativity, drawn from their inspiration influenced by a different universe.
