A true icon of contemporary furniture, the Kelly bed embodies elegance in its purest form. Designed by Emmanuel Gallina for Poliform, the Kelly rests on a solid wood frame with delicate curved lines, its quilted base perimeter distinguished by a meticulous fabric or leather finish. Its headboard, soft and enveloping, invites rest and serenity, making the Kelly a true sanctuary at the heart of the bedroom. What makes the Kelly so unique is the harmonious combination of its various finishes: the flexible polyurethane upholstered frame pairs with a light and slender base, creating a subtle balance between lightness and generous forms. Available in a wide range of fabric, leather or braided Nabuk leather upholstery, the Kelly adapts to any decorative setting while retaining the refinement that is characteristic of Poliform productions. This pre-owned piece offers the rare opportunity to acquire a Kelly at a controlled price, with no compromise on quality or style. A characterful piece, crafted with the utmost attention to detail, that does full justice to the craftsmanship and aesthetic standards of Poliform.
To define his work as a designer, Emmanuel Gallina likes to refer to Constantin Brancusi's quote "simplicity as resolved complexity". Elegance, clarity and simplicity are the key words that best characterise the work of Emmanuel Gallina. Her creative ethos is as much about authenticity as it is about consistency in each of her projects. For him, attention to detail is a constant reality in terms of line, form and functionality.A graduate of the E.N.A.D in Limoges and the I.A.V in Orléans, he decided to move to Milan to further his training at the Politecnico, where he obtained a Master's degree in design and management. He then worked for 7 years with Antonio Citterio in Milan on projects for some of the biggest names in international design. Now Emmanuel Gallinaworks for his own agency where he responds to numerous projects mainly between Italy and France, opening collaborations with resolutely contemporary international brands such as Poliform, Cartier, Panasonic, Accor, Ampm La Redoute, Burov, Ethimo, Toulemonde Bochart, Manade, Colé, ACRE made in amazonia, etc...Since 2010, he has been guiding and advising various companies on marketing and identity strategies linked to design, as art director.
