Description
The Five pouf elegantly explores the tension and possibility offered by the pentagon shape. This distinctive silhouette, paired with linear quilting that wraps around the volume and contrasts with its curved edges, gives the Five pouf an instantly recognizable graphic identity. Designed by Anderssen & Voll, this pouf rests on a wooden frame covered with molded foam, upholstered in Kvadrat fabric whose weave subtly emphasizes the undulating surface of the seat. The result combines generous comfort with contemporary aesthetics, in keeping with the Scandinavian approach championed by Muuto. Versatile by nature, this Five pouf works equally well as extra seating or as a decorative piece bringing a room's corner to life. Thanks to its pentagonal shape, several units can also be combined to create a modular lounge area. This pre-owned Muuto piece was selected for the quality of its craftsmanship and the timelessness of its design, embodying the enduring spirit of the Five collection.

ANDERSSEN & VOLL
Founded in 2009 by Torbjørn Anderssen and Espen Voll, Anderssen & Voll is a Norwegian design studio based in Oslo. The duo, who were previously partners in the Norway Says group, work in a variety of design fields but concentrate on domestic objects. They have been named Norwegian and Scandinavian Designer of the Year and have received international awards for their work with furniture, lighting and home accessories. In their view, a good product builds on and extends tradition while simultaneously breaking with the rules of that tradition. Their iconic creations include the Outline seating series, the Oslo lounge chair, the Elephant table and the unique Ildhane candlestick. Their many collaborations with famous publishers such as Lapalma, Muuto, Hay and AndTraditon have contributed to their reputation.
