The Swivel+ office chair from Vipp combines comfort, ergonomics and refined design, making it an ideal choice for workspaces and meeting rooms. The chair from bureau with Swivel glides offers an extra-upholstered seat, extended backrest and adjustable height, ensuring optimum comfort for extended periods of sitting. Its slim armrests blend harmoniously with the discreet, upholstered backrest, giving the armchair a light appearance despite its robust construction. Mounted on a five-legged base in polished or powder-coated aluminium, the Swivel Chair office chair is fitted with a choice of castors or skids, offering 360° rotation. The chair is available in aniline leather or top-of-the-range textile, selected by Vipp for its quality and elegance. VIPP
The story of Vipp began in 1939, in the small Danish town of Randers, when Marie asked her husband Holger Nielsen to create a trash bin for her new hair salon. Holger, a skilled craftsman with a keen sense of aesthetics, wanted to impress his wife and thus put all his talent into creating a pedal bin that was both functional and elegant. The bin, which he named Vipp, was never intended to be sold. However, some of Marie's clients were so impressed by its functionality that they ordered it for their husbands' medical offices and dental clinics.
