Description
Daphine Terra Classic is a lampadaire published by Lumina and designed by Tommaso Cimini in 1973. Now a design and brand classic, it embodies both elegance and functionality and will suit all styles of office. Presented at Campionaria Fiera in Milan, the Daphine goes back to the origins of the brand Lumina very quickly becoming its icon by perfectly representing the brand's philosophy: "refined lighting". It has been exhibited in some of the world's most prestigious contemporary art and design museums, including the Brooklyn Museum (1984) and the Judd Foundation (1994) in New York, the Musée des arts décoratifs in Paris (1985) and Die Neue Sammlung in Munich (1986). SILVERA-eshop offers it in table lamp and lamp version, but also in the Daphinette version, little sister of the Daphine made up of an articulated arm at the end of which the diffuser swivels 360°. The transformer is included in the base.

LUMINA
Founded in 1973, Lumina produces authentic, minimalist and must-have desk lamps. Tommaso Cimini created the Daphine lamp, which is now displayed in museums around the world. Lumina collaborated with renowned designers such as Walter Monici and Riccardo Blumer to produce designer lighting combining creativity and craftsmanship. Ettore Cimini took over Lumina in 2008 following his father's death, and gave a new impetus to the Lumina brand, fusing tradition with new industrial processes.
