The distinctive expression of designer Ole Wanscher's OW58 T-shaped chair for Carl Hansen challenges the art of the possible without compromising craftsmanship or comfort. Adjusted only in height to provide optimal ergonomics for today's design enthusiasts who have grown up since 1958, the OW58 sculptural chair combines classic and modern lines to give the OW58 chair a light and elegant appearance. THE chair is the result of meticulous treatment and many hours of carpentry to achieve smooth transitions in durable wood joints. The most striking detail of the chair is the T-shaped back, which blends perfectly with the narrowly placed back legs, giving the chair a three-legged appearance. Despite its lightweight expression, the T-Chair Carl Hansen has a wide, upholstered seat that offers excellent comfort, making it ideal for use around a dining table.
