Designed as a freestanding storage unit, it combines an open shelf for display or everyday essentials with a closed compartment for discreet storage. Available in light or dark finishes, it can be configured with either left- or right-hand door opening to suit different layouts. Offered as a wall-mounted solution or as a floor-standing version on slender legs, the Bedside 672 provides flexibility in installation. Both practical and elegant, it reflects Vipp’s approach to durable, functional, and timeless design.

VIPP

The story of Vipp began in 1939, in the small Danish town of Randers, when Marie asked her husband Holger Nielsen to create a trash bin for her new hair salon. Holger, a skilled craftsman with a keen sense of aesthetics, wanted to impress his wife and thus put all his talent into creating a pedal bin that was both functional and elegant. The bin, which he named Vipp, was never intended to be sold. However, some of Marie's clients were so impressed by its functionality that they ordered it for their husbands' medical offices and dental clinics.
