Wall light ALLUMETTE Blue FOSCARINI

Designed by Francesca Lanzavecchia for Foscarini, the Allumette wall light brings the glowing flame that gives the collection its name to the wall, in a design that is both graphic and poetic. Providing soft, diffused light, it adds a delicate touch to a bedroom, living room, entrance or hallway, and simply plugs into a socket via its white transformer, with the cable neatly secured along the wall using the clip provided. Its painted steel and aluminium structure holds a diffuser and light guide in extra-bright PMMA, made in a custom-designed mould whose shape enhances its brightness; the concave, satin-finished upper edge reveals the LED light and creates a true candlelight effect. Far from being a mere accessory, the woven fabric-covered cable is an integral part of the Allumette design, complete with a transparent foot switch. A captivating flame effect, installation without building work, a decorative cable conceived as a design element and an easily replaceable LED developed to Foscarini's specifications: Allumette gives every wall an intimate and lasting luminous presence.
