Description
Imagined by Giulio Iacchetti and published by Alessi, the The Tending Box Cocktail Set is ideal for creating your best cocktails. The set includes a Parisienne shaker, a double bar strainer and a Quadri Combo Jigger.
In response to contemporary mixology trends, which favour the Parisian shaker over other types of shaker, Giulio Iacchetti has reinterpreted it here in the form of the "Parisienne", which sets a new standard in terms of ease of use. The strainer is fitted with a double spring, allowing mixologists to give free rein to their imagination by choosing the most appropriate filtration to present their preparations in the best light. Finally, to make dosing easier, Giulio Iacchetti has arranged the four measures traditionally used to prepare cocktails around a ring. The The Tending Box Aless has been created both for expert mixologists, to perfect their preparations with utensils of innovative, professional design, and for all amateurs, who will find the reassurance and ease of use they're looking for.

In 1921, Giovanni Alessi founded the Italian company Alessi. Since 1929, the company has focussed on producing nickel- or silver-plated copper tableware. When Carlo Alessi, Giovanni's son, was appointed design director in 1935, handcrafting methods were replaced by industrial manufacturing. In 1955, the company began collaborating with world-renowned architects and designers such as Richard Sapper, Ettore Sottsass, and later, Philippe Starck and Marcel Wanders. Alessi makes design accessible by focussing on useful, humorous and visually appealing home accessories. Most of its products have become design classics that are sold and exhibited around the world.
