At 100 Rue du Bac, Kretz Real Estate, an agency specializing in luxury real estate in France and internationally, is opening its first Parisian flagship location. More than just a real estate agency, the space has been designed as a welcoming, warm, and deeply rooted home, where the history, passions, and vision for exceptional real estate championed by the Kretz family come to life.
Far from the traditional norms of a real estate agency, this new 230-square-meter space is intended to be a place for welcoming guests, fostering connections, and creating memorable experiences.
Conceived by the Label Experience agency in collaboration with Silvera on the furniture design, the project unfolds as a series of spaces inspired by their travels, their passions, and their shared heritage.
The Art Deco aesthetic serves as a unifying thread through a rich palette of materials: marble, precious woods, leather, brass, rattan, and carefully selected textiles. Each space develops its own identity while contributing to the overall coherence. The project is based on a simple principle: creating a dialogue between multiple worlds within a single narrative.

Working alongside Label Experience, Silvera supported the project by providing furniture consultancy services, designed as a natural extension of the architectural vision. The project had to address several challenges: structuring spaces with distinct identities whilst maintaining overall harmony, creating reception and social areas inspired by the world of high-end residential design, and offering premium furniture capable of supporting the flagship’s multiple uses.
Behind every piece selected lies a significant amount of sourcing work: exploring collections, comparing finishes, studying materials, adjusting proportions, and aligning intended uses with architectural intentions. Striking the right balance between signature design, comfort, durability and storytelling.
In the entrance lounge, the Stanley sofa by Red Edition, crafted from stainless steel and rosewood, takes centre stage, paired with a Lounge table from the same designer and a Diamant armchair by Knoll to create an elegant and well-structured reception area.
The private lounge, decorated in terracotta tones and dedicated to the world of padel, features the Sesann sofa by Tacchini with its enveloping leather design, paired with the Plec coffee table by RS Barcelona in steel and a graphic rug designed by Evelina Kroon for Layered, whose geometric lines evoke the Bauhaus aesthetic.
The New York office, designed as a more understated and structured space, features Stilnovo’s Megafono wall lights and is organised around USM storage units in a timeless black finish, complemented by Vipp’s Swivel 453 leather chairs.

In the small living room with its Barcelona-inspired décor, the Saarinen table from Eero Saarinen’s Pedestal collection, produced by Knoll, complements the Elefy chairs by Jaime Hayon for &Tradition, reinforcing the space’s contemporary and welcoming feel.
The spacious library lounge, inspired by Normandy and the world of kitesurfing, is lit by the Bubble pendant lamp designed by George Nelson for Hay, paired with the Gropius CS2 armchair by NOOM in unbleached wool and the Sett LN13 coffee table by &Tradition.
Finally, the tropical conservatory is furnished with Gubi’s Basket collection, crafted from hand-woven rattan, creating a warm and bright atmosphere inspired by Brazilian design.

The Kretz Real Estate flagship store illustrates the role that furniture specification can play in a high-end interior design project. When considered from the very earliest stages of design, furniture becomes a key tool for translating an intention into an experience. It connects spaces, supports their functions, and gives concrete form to the vision shared by the architect and the client.
Through this project, Silvera reaffirms its conviction: furniture is not merely about furnishing a space. It plays a full part in its identity and the way it is experienced.
